# Refund Policy

## 1. Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with FixAhead, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, on any plan.

## 2. Cancellation After the Refund Window

After the 14-day refund window, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods, and quarterly and annual plans are not pro-rated on cancellation.

## 3. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to [team@fixahead.com](mailto:team@fixahead.com). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

## 4. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

## 5. Operator and Governing Law

Refunds under this policy are provided by MakerStudio Software LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, as set out in our [Terms of Service](/terms).
