| Have an authorised person test the firefighters' emergency operation, Phase I recall and Phase II. Keep the log on site, and have the contractor repair any failure. | Required | No photo required |

This checklist holds only the checks that apply everywhere. Local rules govern the rest, including how often the fire-service test runs.
