How does pricing work — per user or per asset? +

You don't have to choose. Pro is billed either per user or per asset, and we automatically apply whichever is cheaper for your team. Use the calculator above to see your exact price — it picks the cheaper model for you.

What happens when my trial ends? +

After your 14-day free trial on the Pro plan, you'll be prompted to enter payment details. If you choose not to, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan — no data is lost.

Can I add more users or assets later? +

Absolutely. On the Pro plan you can scale at any time — $10/month per additional user, or $10/month per 10 additional assets, whichever model you're billed on. Add-ons are prorated to your current cycle and discounted on quarterly/annual plans.

Is there a contract or commitment? +

No contracts. All plans are month-to-month (or quarterly/annual if you choose the discounted options). Cancel anytime.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

Can I export my data if I cancel? +

Yes. You can export all your data — assets, work orders, reports — to CSV or Excel at any time, including after cancellation.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing? +

Yes. Quarterly billing saves 20%, and annual billing saves 33% compared to monthly pricing.

Is there an enterprise plan? +

Is the mobile app included? +
