Can I switch between pay-per-asset and pay-per-user? +

Yes, you can switch between pricing models at any time from your billing settings. Your billing will adjust at the start of your next cycle.

What happens when my trial ends? +

After your 14-day free trial on the Startup plan, you'll be prompted to enter payment details. If you choose not to, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan — no data is lost.

Can I add more users or assets later? +

Absolutely. On the Startup plan, you can purchase add-ons at any time — $10/month per additional user (Pay per User) or $10/month for every 50 additional assets (Pay per Asset). Add-ons are prorated to your current billing cycle.

Is there a contract or commitment? +

No contracts. All plans are month-to-month (or quarterly/annual if you choose the discounted options). Cancel anytime.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

Can I export my data if I cancel? +
